This is a great business run by people with integrity! They provide honest service, good advice, and competent work. I had a badly cracked pool after the big earthquake here in Los Angeles, and over many months I got bids from many pool contractors, surveyors and soil analysts. Nothing came back under $100,000:00. So we held off but kept looking and found that three of the characters we had met were defendants in laws suites for conning their clients. Searching again we found Richard Schwag at Aqua Concepts in 2002. His team came in, cut out the cracks wired in new rebar, shot concrete and then re-plastered the whole pool. A new pump was plumbed in and we have been set ever since. The cost was $9200 then. So you do the math and make up your own mind.

Aqua Concepts designed and built my lap pool oasis and redesigned my yard. The brick decking, patio, and drainage system allow rainwater to leave the yard quickly with no more flooding. They also replaced a lumpy old driveway with brick in a lovely herringbone pattern and rebuilt damaged carport supports. I am a happy camper.

I had Aqua concept remodel my pool, the process was simple and on time, the professionalism of the staff is amazing. The entire staff were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend them for your future pool projects.

Summary: Aqua Concepts rebuilt most of my swimming pool (70-year-old, 20'x40', 9' deep maindrain, rectangular pool) from the rebar on up, replastered the pool, added new steps, pressure tested my maindrain, installed a split maindrain, and recommended a pool Startup party that I am very happy with.
